2. USERS

Access and/or use of this ¿Por qué no? Innovar. Diseñar. Crecer portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. The aforementioned Conditions shall apply regardless of the General Contracting Conditions that, where applicable, may be mandatory.

3. USE OF THE PORTAL

www.porqueno.io provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, ‘the contents’) on the Internet belonging to ¿Por qué no? Innovar. Diseñar. Crecer or its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access certain services or contents.

In said registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, committing to make diligent and confidential use of it. The USER commits to making appropriate use of the contents and services (such as chat services, discussion forums, or news groups) that ¿Por qué no? Innovar. Diseñar. The personal data collected through this website is processed in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter LO 3/2018).

Why and for what purpose do we process your data? What allows us to do so?

Why not? Innovar. Diseñar. Crecer is responsible for the files in which the personal data of users who have made contact via email, postal mail, or telephone are registered, and said personal data may come to be processed for the following purposes:

  • To provide the services that are characteristic of it: to carry out activities aimed at helping the transformation of companies, including training activities.
  • To manage and coordinate the contractual relationship that ¿Por qué no? Innovar. Diseñar. Crecer may establish with the user and to provide the contracted service. For this processing, the basis of legitimacy will be the contractual relationship that is formalized.

Crecer by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as of the elements contained therein (including but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by ¿Por qué no? Innovar. Diseñar. Crecer or its licensors.

All rights reserved. By virtue of the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the method of making them available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of ¿Por qué no? Innovar. Diseñar. Crecer, are expressly prohibited. The USER undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by ¿Por qué no? Innovar. Diseñar. Crecer. Crecer is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any kind that may cause, by way of example: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

In the event that www.porqueno.io includes links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, www.porqueno.io will not exercise any control over such sites and content. In no case will www.porqueno.io assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to an external website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, scope, veracity, validity, and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of said hyperlinks or other Internet sites.

11. MODIFICATION OF THESE CONDITIONS AND DURATION

The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their display and will be valid until they are duly published. that they are modified by others.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between ¿Por qué no? Innovar. Diseñar. Crecer and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish regulations and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and tribunals of the city of Zaragoza.
