The Method to Decide and Execute: The Agile Transformation that Drives Growth

A real estate services company was facing a crucial question: How to maintain its leadership and relevance in a real estate sector that is undergoing a total reconfiguration with the entry of new digital models and aggressive players?

In this moment of evolution and strategic reflection, it needed to order and accelerate its growth projects with a clearer and more sustainable working system over time. We were able to work with their team to structure the growth axes and select the key projects to promote. The objective: to move from initiatives to a prioritized portfolio with focus, owners, and metrics.

We proposed an agile transformation program in two stages—Training and Consolidation—designed to build an autonomous and scalable system. We provided training in Agile project management, designed the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and defined a work cadence that provided traction without overloading the organization. Understanding the organization’s moment is vital for the success of the projects.

The result was a shared method for deciding and executing: a BSC (Balanced Scorecard) that makes the strategy visible, a prioritized portfolio with responsible parties, a rhythm of sprints and meetings that ensures progress and learning, and greater team autonomy to maintain momentum.

Thank you for the trust and for working side-by-side throughout the entire process.
