From the beginning, we focused on how to work, not just what to do. The session was supported by the values that guide this Technology Center: respect for the individual, personal responsibility, direct and critical communication, pursuit of excellence, teamwork, flexibility and adaptability, and value creation. This framework allowed for honest conversations, quickly agreed-upon decisions, and useful (though imperfect) prototypes to move forward without wasting time.
The first part was creative foresight: working with signals and drivers, choosing focus areas, and building plausible and challenging scenarios. With that foundation, each team identified challenges and opportunities and converted them into concrete proposals, evaluated by impact and viability. We closed with short pitches to clarify the next step, hypotheses to validate, and collaboration needs.
The result was an initial portfolio of prioritized ideas, a common language for talking about the future, and—above all—a shared energy to drive what provides real value based on the Technology Center’s own culture.
Thank you for the trust and for sustaining an environment in which these values are not only named: they are practiced.
